Troopers: Irractic Driver On I-44 Was On Drugs
The Highway Patrol says a man from Indiana who ran cars off of I-44 appears to have been on drugs.
Authorities say the man will likley be charged with resisting arrest, leaving the scene and D-W-I.
Five drivers were clipped by the irractic man. One of those who ended up in the median cables was Springfield State Representative Eric Burlison.
The chaos spanned from the 105 mile marker to 86 mile marker, between Marshfield and Strafford.
