Park Central Task Force Wants Tougher Panhandling Law
The Park Central Square Task Force wants Springfield city council to pass a stricter panhandling ordinance to change public perceptions of the historic downtown site.
The group says aggressive homeless adults and teens are keeping people away and business is suffering.
They also want police to put more officers around the site during the week.
