Springfield School Board Sets 2013-14 Calendar

Public school students in Springfield will start the fall term in mid August. The school board tonight approved next year's calender that calls for an August 14th opening day. The first semester will end before the holiday break. The second semester would end as early as May 15th or as late May 23rd, depending on snow days.
