Nebraska Fugitive Arrested In McDonald County
A man on the run for almost a week for shooting a man in the face is behind bars in McDonald County.
U-S Marshals and state troopers arrested 64 year old Kevin Harrod in Goodman.
Authorities say Harrod shot the man and ran.
The man, who was critically wounded, is expected to recover.
