Smoking Still Allowed In Offices At State Capitol
You can't light up a smoke in a state building unless you are at a prison....or your state legislator's office.
Although smoking is banned at all sate buildings and the public areas of the Missouri Capitol, the House of Representatives decided to let members keep smoking in their offices, at least for now.
The Springfield News-Leader reports a measure was adopted leaving it up to each caucus to set their own policy.
