Little Rock Hall Defeats Prestonwood Christian 55-39 In TOC 7th Place Game

For one last night, some of the top high school basketball teams and players in the nation are being showcased at the 29th Annual Bass Pro Tournament of Champions.

In the seventh place game, Little Rock Hall got a tournament high 31 points from Bobby Portis and won handily over Pestonwood Christian 55-39 at JQH Arena. Portis, a 6-9 senior center, has commited to play college ball at Arkansas. He also pulled down a tournament best 15 rebounds in the game, for a double-double.

Marquan Botley had 14 points to top the Lions, who are from Plano, Texas.

After Prestonwood Christian led 8-7 going into the second period, Little Rock Hall took a 21-18 lead into the half before pulling away in the second half.
