Funeral arrangements have been made for former Springfield mayor and Greene County Commissioner Jim Payne.
Payne passed away at the age of 89.
Visitation is Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home on east Seminole in Springfield.
The funeral is set for Monday at 12:30 p.m., with burial at Springfield's Veteran's Cemetary.
