A 25-year-old Parkview graduate remains on life-support at Mercy a week after being hit by a semi and thrown from his car.
Patrick Garcia has had three surgeries since the crash near Halfway.
Monday morning, doctors plan to take him off anesthesia and test the function of his brain.
Family and friends are asking for folks to come together before the test.
A prayer service will take place tonight at seven at Ridgecrest Baptist Church on Republic Road.
