Joplin Woman Admits To Fraud After Tornado
A woman from Joplin faces up to five years in prison and a fine of $250,000 after pleading guilty to a fraud scheme after the deadly EF-5 tornado that tore through Joplin in 2011.
37 year old Pamela Schaeffer admitted she made false statements to FEMA so she could collect financial aid.
A sentence date is pending.
