High Speed Chase Through Greene And Christian Counties Over
A woman is in custody after leading law enforcement in Greene and Christian Counties on a chase that at times exceeded 100 MPH.
Springfield police tell KTTS News, the chase began in Springfield at Highway 65 and James River Freeway when an officer tried to pull over a suspected drunk driver.
The chase continued into Rogersville, east into Christian County through the cities of Sparta and Ozark, back on to Highway 65, where stop sticks blew out the tires at Evans Road and 65.
Nobody was hurt.
The driver of the vehicle is facing several charges including driving while impaired.
