No Charges Will Be Filed In Death Of Missouri Baseball Player
O'FALLON, Mo. (AP) - St. Charles County prosecutors won't file charges in the death of a former baseball player from Missouri.
Prosecutors told the family of 24-year-old Kent Gerst of O'Fallon yesterday that no charges will be filed in his death last September.
Gerst's body was found in an O'Fallon creek, and police said he died of an accidental fall.
