Congressman Long Explains No Vote
For Missouri Congressman Billy Long, passing the fiscal cliff bill without spending cuts only adds to his frustration as an elected leader.
Long voted against the bill because it only serves to increase the deficit by four trillion dollars.
He expects another last minute vote before Congress takes any action on spending cuts that have been delayed until March.
