State Supreme Court To Hear Election Dispute
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - The Missouri Supreme Court will hear arguments next month in an election dispute involving a state House district in southeast Missouri.
Republican Kent Hampton defeated Democrat Tom Todd in the race for the 150th House District, but Todd says there should be a district-wide revote after voters in a neighboring district were given the wrong ballots.
