Van Hits Amish Buggy On Highway 13, Sends Couple To Hospital
An Amish couple from Deepwater are in serious condition after their buggy was hit by a van in St. Clair County.
The crash happened on Highway 13 just south of Lowry City Sunday afternoon.
Troopers say the buggy was on the shoulder and got hit by a van that ran off the road.
