Update: Name Released In Deadly Crash North Of Springfield
The Highway Patrol has identified the victim in a fatal crash between Springfield and Willard.
Troopers say William Pope was from Springfield. His car ran off Farm Road 106 and struck a fence, then a tree.
The crash report states Pope was not wearing a seat belt.
