Rusty Porter's Uncle Charged With Murder
A fifth person has been indicted in connection with the murders of Becky and Rusty Porter from Willard.
Robert Campbell from Willard, who was Rusty Porter's uncle, was indicted by a Taney County grand jury.
He's charged with two counts of first degree murder.
Campbell lived next to the Porters.
In court documents, prosecutors say Campbell "offered consideration to one or more persons" to kill the couple.
The Porter's vanished from their home in Willard in 2011.
Their bodies were found near Protem about three months later.
The grand jury has returned indictments against Tony Friend, his son Phillip and wife Windy.
Dusty Hicks also faces charges in the case.
