Springfield Police Warn Of Yard Work Scamming

Police in Springfield are warning folks in the southeast part of town to be aware of yard work scams.
Corporal Matt Brown says the suspects approach the victim about doing yard work around their home for an agreed amount and after their work is done they come back an intimidate for more money.
Investigators also say the victims are finding items missing from their homes. Most of the scammers are targeting the elderly.
