'Fiscal Cliff' Talks Stall Postal Bill
There's been plenty of talk about the fiscal cliff, but very little about rescuing the Postal Service.
Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill says the Senate has passed a compromise bill.
But she doesn't know if it will pass this session because of the concern over taxes.
