Rogersville Man Due In Texas Court On Sex Assault Charge
A student from Rogersville is due in court today to answer a charge of sexual assault.
19 year old John Mahaffey is accused of forcing another male student at Southern Methodist University to perform a sex act on him.
KOLR-TV reports court documents claim a police officer at the school and the victim taped a conversation with Mahaffey in September.
Mahaffey, who has been free on bond, has denied the charges.
