Murder Suspect ID'd In Shooting Near Evangel In Springfield

Murder charges have been filed in a shooting that happened Friday afternoon in northeast Springfield.
Prosecutors say they believe Marlo Hodges shot James Davis to death on east Brower, near Evangel University.
Hodges is NOT in custody and police are asking for your help to find him. He's black, 51 years old, 5-10, and 190 pounds.
Police think he may be driving a blue 2000 Jaguar 4-door with Missouri plates CF2 M7X.
Hodges is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or report anonymous tips to Crime Stoppers at 417-869-TIPS.
