Springfield Man To Be Sentenced For Role In Murders

He pleaded guilty to three counts of second degree murder.
Today, 24 year old Jacky Wong from Springfield will be sent to prison, probably for life.
Wong, and three other men went on a crime spree in Laclede County in October of 2009.
They shot and killed Glenda and Jeffrey Smith at their home in Phillipsburg. That same day they also murdered a man from Lebanon at his apartment.
The couple was the parents of the ex-girlfriend of ring leader Josh Reyes.
The man from Lebanon was the girl's boyfriend.
Reyes is serving three life terms for his role in the shootings.
