Man In Wheelchair Hit By Car In North Springfield

A man trying to cross the street in a wheelchair in north Springfield Thursday night was hit by a car.
When police arrived on the scene the man said he wasn't hurt, but a few moments later he said his wrist was starting to hurt.
The crash happened north of Commercial Street at Chase and Grant.
