49 years ago today was the assassination of the country's 35th President, John F. Kennedy in Dallas, Texas.
Many today still question whether the plot was a conspiracy as to whether Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone from the book depository at Dealey Plaza.
Oswald was later shot and killed by Jack Ruby.
