Springfield City Council Will Tweak E-Verify Issue

E-verify will once again come before Springfield city council.
Tonight, it's in the form of a clean-up bill, which seeks to bring E-verify enforcement into federal compliance.
Also tonight, members may vote on forming a sexual orientation and gender identity task force, made up of citizens.
Council took that route after much heated debate on the measure.
Council gets under at 6:30 p.m.
