Photos: 988th MPs Return Home From From Afghanistan
A group of soldiers is back home in the Ozarks just in time to spend Thanksgiving with their families.
The 988th MP Company has spent a year helping run detainee facilities in the Middle East.
The Patriot Guard greeted the soldiers as they got off the plane in Springfield. The troops were then escorted to Fort Leonard Wood for a welcome home ceremony.
