Police Identify Body Found On Vacant St. Louis Lot
ST. LOUIS (AP) - St. Louis police have now identified the woman's body found on a vacant lot, but the details surrounding her death remain under investigation.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the victim was identified Friday as 31-year-old Danah Marie Jackson of Wright City.
Her body was found by a passerby just before 7 a.m. Thursday. Police have classified the death as a homicide but the cause of death has not been determined.
Police are awaiting tests to determine if Jackson had been sexually assaulted.
