A man from Springfield will be spending the rest of his life locked up after a judge sent him away to serve three life terms.
Steven Pyykola and three other men drove from Springfield on October 9th, 2009, stopping in Phillipsburg to kill a couple at their home, then stopping in Lebanon to take out another person.
Jeffery and Glenda Smith were killed first.
Pyykola, along with Joshua Reyes, Jacky Wong, and Benjamin Stidham rolled up to Miranda Smith's apartment in Lebanon.
Smith was the former girlfriend of Reye's and Jeffery Smith's daughter.
Zachary Porter, Miranda Smith's boyfriend at the time was shot and killed and she was an intended target, too but escaped being hurt.
Law officers have never found the guns used to kill the Smiths and Porter.
Pyykola did not testify at his trial.
Jacky Wong is to be sentenced next month after pleading guilty to second-degree murder.
Reyes pleaded guilty to murder and was sentenced to life in prison in 2010.
