The Affordable Heath Care Act, or "Obamacare" is here to stay with the re-election of President Obama.
The law gives the states the choice of setting up their own exchange or having the federal government do it for them.
Since state lawmakers missed a deadline, the exchange will be run for the first year by the federal government.
However, every year after that, the state will have the opportunity to run its own exchange.
A policy analyst for the Missouri Federation of Health says the feds don't want 50 state based exchanges.
