Ameren Sending Hurricane Relief Teams To The Northeast
(MoNET) - Some 100 employees with Ameren, Missouri's largest utility are headed to New Jersey to help restore power once Hurricane Sandy hits.
A spokesman says the crews could be gone for up to two weeks, they just don't know -- that depends on how much damage Sandy leaves in her wake.
The teams are made up of crews from Missouri and Illinois.
They include linemen, supervisors, and several forestry contractors.
