First Step To Allow Deer Hunting Within Branson City Limits

Folks in Branson could be one step away from hunting deer within the city limits. The Board of Alderman voted on the first reading to pass the ordinance.
If approved it would allow people to use bows on parcels that are two acres or larger and not within 150 yards of any building or property line.
Also if a permit is issued property owners nearby are to be notified. A final reading of the bill will be Tuesday.
