Carlos Beltran Back In Cardinals Lineup For Game 5 Of NLCS
The decision wasn't made until about two and a half hours before game time, but St. Louis Cardinals rightfielder Carlos Beltran is in the starting lineup for tonight's Game 5 of the National League Championship Series at Busch Stadium.
The Cards slugger had been nursing a strained left knee, but Beltran walked off the field following batting practice saying he was ready to go.
