A red letter today for the city of Joplin.

The city will receive more than $45-million in disaster relief funds from HUD as it continues to recover and rebuild from last year's killer tornado that claimed 161 lives.

We'll find out more about the money when the city is joined by an official from HUD's regional office in Kansas City during at news conference at Joplin city hall at 11:30 a.m.
