St. Louis Man Dies From Attack In February
ST. LOUIS (AP) - A man from St. Louis died this week, seven months after he was kicked, punched and beaten by two teenagers during a street robbery.
Authorities say Lewis Rice was beaten so savagely in February that he never regained consciousness.
Now, prosecutors in St. Louis County are debating about whether to upgrade the charges to murder against the two teens.
