Update: Driver Of Stolen Car Arrested At Nature Center Gate
Nobody was hurt, and a man is in the Greene County jail, after he was arrested while trying to elude a highway patrol trooper.
Highway patrol sergeant Jason Pace tells KTTS News a trooper tried to pull over the driver of a stolen vehicle on Highway 60, west of 65 after 11 Monday night.
The driver bailed from his car at the Springfield Nature Center and tried to run from the officer.
He didn't get very far. He was caught and taken into custody.
Charges against the driver of the stolen vehicle are pending.
