Arkansas Casino Issue Still Up In The Air
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - A proposed state ballot issue in Arkansas about casino gambling remains tied up in court just weeks before the state begins early voting.
The Arkansas Supreme Court hasn't said when it will decide two pending lawsuits about a professional poker player's bid to win exclusive rights to operate casino's in Arkansas.
Early voting in the state begins October 22nd.
