DWI Checkpoint In Nixa Results
Nixa police setup Friday night as a chance to get drunk drivers off Christian County roadways. An enforcement checkpoint was set-up at Highway 160 and Tracker road from 10PM - 2AM.
KTTS Assistant News Director Nancy Simpson spent the night at the checkpoint getting a behind the scenes look.
The final results from the more than 700 cars stopped included:
- 3 DWI’s,
- 2 Driving While Revoked,
- 2 Minors in Possession,
- 1 Felony Drug Charge,
- 2 No Operators License,
- 10 No Insurance
- a total of 7 arrests.
