Flooding, Rain Main Weather Threats This Week
Portions of the Ozarks have seen heavy rain, hail, and cloud to ground lighting since Tuesday afternoon, but the National Weather Service says, for the most part, the chances for any severe storms today are slim.
Up to three inches of rain has fallen in some areas so far. With showers and thunderstorms expected for the rest of the week, that total will rise.
The NWS advises that we could see enough rainfall to cause flooding in low lying areas as well as creeks and streams.
