Family Sues Walmart For Wrongful Death During Joplin Tornado

A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against Walmart stemming from last year's EF-5 tornado in Joplin.
Stanley Kirk's family filed the suit, claiming he tried to leave the Supercenter on Rangeline to go home, but was forced to stay there.
Kirk was among several who died from injuries suffered during the twister.
