Plane Crash Victims Were Returning From Baseball Game In KC

Five lives cut have been short by a plane crash northwest of Willard - four of them were family members.
John Lambert and his three kids: Grayson, McKinley, and Joshua were headed home to Springfield from a Royals game.
A family friend was with them, Robin Melton. She owned a local company called Environmental Works, which issued a statement celebrating her life...it says she was a devoted community leader, sharing her time serving on the boards of several local organizations.
The three kids on board that plane went to school in Springfield. Grief counselors will be on hand when the Lamberts' fellow students return to class on Monday.
