The Highway Patrol has identified five people killed in a plane crash off Farm Road 81 near Willard. Troopers say it was John Lambert 44, Joshua Lambert 10, McKinley Lambert 15, Grayson Lambert 16, all from Springfield and Robin Melton 46, from Ozark.
Lambert owned Missouri Insulation & Supply Inc., while Melton owned an environmental consulting firm called Environmental Works Inc.
Initial reports say weather played a factor in the 2002 Cirrus SR-22 aircraft crashing. The NTSB and FAA are continuing the investigation.
