Arkansas Supreme Court Taking Up Casino Rights
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas Supreme Court is again hearing arguments over a ballot measure that would give a private business the exclusive right to operate casinos in the state.
Justices are set to hear oral arguments today in poker player Nancy Todd's lawsuit over her proposed constitutional amendment.
The court last week heard arguments over a competing casino proposal.
No word on when the high court may rule.
