Former Little Rock Bank Exec Off To Federal Prison
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - A former Little Rock bank executive who has pleaded guilty to bank fraud and other charges has been sentenced to two and a half years in federal prison.
The U.S. Attorney's office says Kelly Harbert was also ordered to pay seven financial institutions $442,000 and serve a year of supervised release.
Harbert is to report to prison on October 15th.
