Republican senatorial candidate Todd Akin brought his campaign to Nixa tonight. Congressman Todd Akin took exception to a Claire McCaskill ad that labels the democrat as being not a liberal or a conservative but exactly in the middle
Statements made to a St. Louis television reporter about rape and abortion caused many to rethink there support for the congressman, but the Missouri Farm Bureau is not among them. The group today re-affirmed its support for the Republican. The farm group has supported the GOP candidate for that office every election since 1982.
