Texas County Man Drowns In Private Pond
The Highway Patrol says a 52-year-old man from Cabool drowned while swimming in a private pond over the weekend.
It happened off Stave Mill Road a couple miles west of Cabool. Troopers say Delferd Roberts went under water while swimming back to shore, and never resurfaced.
