Crane Man Charged With Three Counts Sexual Misconduct With A Child
A forty-two year old in Crane faces three counts of sexual misconduct with a child after exposing himself at a baseball game in August.
Prosecutors say Joe Dean Bowman was exposing himself in his truck near the concession stand.
Bowman is currently out on a $10,000 bond.
