ST. LOUIS  (AP)  - Lambert- St. Louis International Airport has been designated as "StormReady" by the National Weather Service,  more than a year after a tornado caused millions of dollars worth of damage.    The Weather service says the designation gives airport personnel improved communication and safety skills that could help save lives during future storms.
