Verdict Expected In Duke Murder Trial

A Greene County judge is expected to hand down a verdict in the murder trial for 21 year old James Duke from Springfield.
Prosecutors say Duke fired the shot that killed Hillcrest High school student Kody Ray on the front porch of his home in north Springfield in 2010.
Jordan Martin, also charged with Ray's murder has his trial pending.
