Update: Man Charged In Joplin Murder
A warrant has been issued for a man Joplin police say shot and killed 26-year-old Charles Tumbleson.
21-year-old Andre Brown is on the run, charged with first degree murder.
Brown also goes by Andre Palmer and Damon Williams.
The Tri-State Major Case Squad is helping with the investigation.
