Three people remain in the hospital after a car crashed into the infield during a race at the Missouri State Fair in Sedalia.

The Highway Patrol says the car was being driven by a law enforcement officer when it jumped the guardrail, hitting five people.

One man remains in serious condition. Two others will be released later today.

In another crash, the 15-year-old driver of a sprint car was badly hurt when his car rolled several times on a curve.
