Chillicothe Man Appealing His Murder Conviction
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - The state supreme court will hear arguments in October in the case of a Chillicothe man appealing his murder conviction. Mark Woodworth was found guilty in 1990 in the shooting death of Cathy Robertson. The hearing comes just months after a Boone County Judge appointed by the high court in an advisory role deemed Woodworth a victim of "a manifest injustice."
